These terms govern your use of the RentGable marketing website at https://www.rentgable.com. By using this site you agree to them. Your use of the RentGable product application is governed by the separate agreement you accept inside the app.
Who we are
RentGable is a product of YugamDynamics (Sole Proprietorship), based in West Saint Paul, Canada. Invoices and contracts for the RentGable product are issued under YugamDynamics.
Use of the site
You may browse this site and submit an enquiry through our contact form for legitimate purposes. You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, access it in an unauthorised way, or submit unlawful, misleading or abusive content.
Subscriptions & billing
The RentGable product offers a free plan and paid plans (Basic, Professional and Business). Paid plans include a 10-day free trial; you are not charged until the trial ends. Prices are shown in ₹ INR and are exclusive of GST. Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle — monthly or annual — by recurring e-mandate auto-pay through our payment provider, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Intellectual property
The RentGable name, logo, brand assets, copy and design on this site are our property and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our written permission.
Information on this site
We aim to keep the information — including plan features and pricing — accurate and current, but it is provided for general information and may change. Pricing and plan limits are confirmed at the point of sign-up inside the product. Nothing on this site is a binding offer until you complete sign-up.

This site may link to third-party services (such as our payment partner). We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate.
No warranty & liability
This website is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or the product; and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
