Dates, times and timezone follow a regional preset you choose — India, US, UK, Australia, Germany and France — with built-in address data for 250 countries.

Yes. On Basic and above you can invite team members with admin, manager and viewer roles, and restrict managers and viewers to only the properties they manage.

Every paid plan starts with a 10-day free trial. You set up your payment method when you start (a secure auto-pay mandate) but pay nothing during the trial. If you cancel before the 10 days end you aren’t charged and your account keeps all its data on the Free plan’s limits; if you continue, your first charge happens automatically when the trial ends. The trial is available once per account.
